There is a 42" Flat Screen TV with a DVD entertainment system for the Blockbuster nights! The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, microwave, full-size refrigerator, garbage disposal, blender, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a private washer and dryer!

This unit is decorated in contemporary design with beach accents. There is a full-size dining table and a convertible couch for a total of 2 full-size beds and 1 queen-size beds (sleeps 6 comfortably). The third floor private balcony overlooks the Jockey Beach Club pool that all guests can enjoy. There is a lifeguard on duty during the summer season.

The condo is located at the North end of Ocean City, MD, 1 mile from the Delaware state border. Beautiful Northside Park with its playground, picnic tables, ball fields, and free fishing/crabbing pier is one block away. There are countless restaurants, shopping centers, and bars within walking distance. The Green Turtle, Hooters, Tequila Mockingbird, The Fractured Prune, Cold Stone Creamery, The Ice Cream Castle, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, WaWa Gas, and Blockbuster are all within 4 blocks! Also, if you know Ocean City, you know about the bus (1/2 block from condo) that transports passengers anywhere in Ocean City!
