Sunset Island is a private, gated 37-acre island resort community in Ocean City, MD, bay side at 67th Street with private beaches, pools (indoor and outdoor), community store, fishing pier, interactive fountains, exercise room, library has free internet access, poolside grill and bar, and walking trails. The community offers the best of all worlds: exclusive bay side vacation rental homes that are only few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. All property rentals require a regristration fee paid when you pick up the parking and pool passes at the Sunset Island office. The fees are $100 for Single Family Homes and Townhouses and a $75 fee for the condos, the fee is $50/$38 in the off season October 1, to May 20.

Building Registration Fee: $75 per condominium, includes 6 facility & 2 parking passes. Townhomes & homes fee: $100, includes 6 facility & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week.
